Stacey Winter is a seasoned Transformation Delivery Leader with over 25 years of experience driving strategic change and complex global business transformation programmes across banking, financial services, fintech, technology, and consulting sectors. She has a proven track record leading large-scale HR, operational, and technology transformations, particularly within Investor Services and Asset Management, where she has held multiple interim and senior advisory roles at the C-suite level. Her expertise includes designing and executing target operating models, optimising delivery performance, embedding agile governance, and developing future-fit capabilities across global teams.
Stacey is also a highly experienced change management leader, skilled in employee relations, cultural integration, and stakeholder engagement — with a practical, people-first approach to embedding change. She is known for applying data-driven decision-making and has successfully delivered sustainable outcomes for organisations undergoing regulatory, operational, or digital transition.
Currently, Stacey serves as Managing Director at Intervention Workforce Solutions Ltd., where she partners with clients to deliver workforce innovation, recruitment solutions, and strategic operating model design. She has played a key role in launching new service lines, supporting growth-stage consultancies, and building scalable infrastructure for transformation delivery.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stacey is proud to lead a female-owned, family-run business grounded in values of resilience, trust, and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from her South London roots, she has brought her sister, daughter, and nephew into the business — each supporting core pillars such as consultancy, business operations, and administration.
Her dedication to excellence has been recognised with multiple industry accolades, including awards for Top 35 Stand Out Stars Women in FinTech- Innovation Finance, Top Staffing Leaders To Watch, and accolades for her commitment to DEI in the workplace.
Stacey brings not only technical expertise but also heart, humour, and tenacity to every engagement — a trusted partner who thrives in high-stakes environments and is committed to delivering outcomes that last.

Balancing this part-time role alongside her degree, Louise brings energy, precision, and strong interpersonal skills to every aspect of her work.
She supports both internal operations and client-facing delivery, managing contracts, assisting with systems like Xero, Asana and HiBOB, and helping to ensure that business processes run efficiently. As a next-generation contributor to the family-led business, Louise reflects the values at the heart of Intervention — commitment, resilience, and care. Hayley brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in business operations, regulatory compliance, and people management across the greyhound racing, hospitality, and education sectors. Her career spans leadership roles with a strong focus on service delivery, payroll oversight, contract coordination, and stakeholder management.
Now part of the Intervention Workforce Solutions family, Hayley leads the firm’s business administration and payroll services — managing internal workflows, contractor onboarding, and core operational processes. She is currently studying for her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification, expanding her financial expertise to support clients with growing business needs.
Hayley is known for her organised, resilient, and grounded approach, consistently ensuring that operations run efficiently and to a high standard. As Stacey Winter’s sister, she plays a vital role in maintaining the family-led ethos that underpins the culture at IWS: practical, trustworthy, and people-focused.
Her blend of managerial skill, compliance awareness, and calm leadership makes her an invaluable asset to the firm’s expanding services — particularly in supporting SMEs with back-office and administrative solutions that deliver clarity, structure, and peace of mind.
